We are committed to your satisfaction and provide unlimited rounds of revision, including addition/editing of layout, color, elements, design, or text. Drastic changes such as a complete shift in the project direction or scope, a previously undiscussed requirement added during the work process, or a change to the confirmed stock photos are not considered "revisions.” As such, these alterations will be subject to additional charges.

Yes, we can certainly write the copy to accompany your listing photos, EBC, and video. We include this as a part of our service. However, please note that we are not native English speakers, therefore cannot guarantee 100% accurate use of language.

Absolutely! Our Amazon experts can help in various ways—many of them on a complimentary basis. As our partner, we can assist you by researching your competition, creating a photography plan, and many other ways.

When the product arrives, and the photography plan is ready, we will deliver the project in 4-6 working days. If we do the photography plan, we will need extra 1-2 working days.

Two ways to pay: One is to place an order directly on Hellowhite design official website, and we will contact you as soon as possible to start the project after the order. Another is to transfer through PayPal, half beforehand and another half after hand. Please contact us in advance to ask for the PayPal account.

I'm sorry to let you know that you have to be brand registered to have A+ content. However you can have this made in advance if you are still in the process of getting approved.

You need to be brand registered but not all brands have access. And you need to have at least 10 basic A+ Contents made and a Brand Story.
